Each photo size is provided under image preview (for example: 4300x3000px) DPI size: 72 (DPI Native from Camera or Photoshop). 99.5% of all photos have been taken by PRO full-frame professional digital cameras like Nikon® D850 or Nikon® Z7. Other images have been made using Adobe Photoshop® Software. Watermark and *JPG compression artifacts are removed upon purchase. Actual colors are more vibrant. We do not provide different image sizes. You can download full size only. (usually, native size coming from camera).
The resolution is measured in dots per inch (DPI). In the printing world, 300 DPI is commonly used to create sharp beautiful images at a specific size. The 72 DPI image is the standard format for web images, while 300 DPI is a common resolution for printing images. Three similar but different image measurements are important for printing images:
- DPI – The number of dots or pixels per inch, also known as image resolution.
- Pixel dimensions – the width and height of the image in pixels
- Document size – the width and height of the image in inches if printed out in full size.
A feature known as resampling is found on many types of photo editing software and it allows you to change the DPI, pixel dimensions, and document size of an image. By changing the resolution of a web image from 72 DPI to 300 DPI in the resampling window of your image editing software, the document size is automatically reduced in proportion. You should always pay attention to the pixel dimensions when considering whether an image can be printed at a desired resolution. A very large image can always be resampled to increase DPI while reducing document size. Resampling only works for reducing the document size. If the pixel dimensions and the document size are too small, then increasing the resolution (DPI) will only further decrease document size. To check the pixel resolution of an image on Internet Explorer or Firefox place the cursor over the image and then right-click the mouse.
Select "Properties," (Internet Explorer) or "View Image Info" (Firefox).
In order to determine whether an image file is right for printing, follow these steps:
- Determine the acceptable size ranges you desire for the printed image
- Check the DPI needed for printing. If you are having someone else print the images, ask what DPI they require. In most cases, it will be 300 DP
- If the image has less than the required DPI, try increasing to the desired DPI by resampling the image in your image editing application. See whether the reduced image still meets your document size requirements.
Our vector graphics have been saved as EPS - Adobe Encapsulated PostScript (Adobe Illustrator® 9), PDF Vector File or Corel Draw® 9 file (ZIPPED). Corel Draw® vectors may not work properly with Adobe Illustrator®. Please make sure you have access to Corel® Software for any editing. EPS and PDF extensions usually work with vector software like Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw®. In some cases, part of the EPS vector layers may not work with Corel® Software. All vector files work well with Adobe Illustrator both PC and MAC. You can also open each vector file using Photoshop® (no editing option) Using Photoshop® you can resize the downloaded vector to any size with no loss of quality. About PDF Vector Format: Vector graphics in PDF, as in PostScript, are constructed with paths. Paths are usually composed of lines and cubic Bézier curves, but can also be constructed from the outlines of text. Unlike PostScript, PDF does not allow a single path to mix text outlines with lines and curves. Paths can be stroked, filled, or used for clipping. Strokes and fills can use any color set in the graphics state, including patterns’
Vector images are created by using points, lines, curves, and polygons, and are often easier to create and more flexible than raster graphics, which are composed of a pattern of dots. The images created using vector graphics are often simpler and less detailed than those created with raster graphics, but their versatility means that they can be used effectively even by more primitive computer systems. Vector formulas can produce images that can be scaled to any size without changing the size of the image file, therefore the quality of the image is limited only by screen resolution. Be advised that most output devices such as display monitors, dot-matrix printers, and laser printers are raster devices. This means that all images must be converted into bit maps in order to be displayed regardless of how they were originally programmed. The major difference between vector graphics and raster graphics in this regard is that vector graphics are not converted into bit maps until the last possible minute after the image has been properly resized and set at the best possible resolution. This translates into vector images that can be printed out at any size and at any available resolution.
